"I saw my therapist once, and the day of my next appointment, she suddenly cancelled. She claimed she was sick and that she would message me the following day with a new appointment. That was weeks ago. I tried to extend the benefit of the doubt, but now I frankly think it was a lie. My husband reached out to a different counselor there twice and she never responded. The very least either of them could have done was politely decline. Entirely unreliable and untrustworthy. Like most people. If this is the standard you hold yourselves to, I highly suggest a career change. You're likely doing far more harm than good. ....And suddenly hours later, when I was previously the ONLY review on here, some of your "clients" have cropped up to offset my complaint with their praises. What a coincidence... Was that also one of your "clients" from Wildwood that randomly tried adding me on Facebook within the same timeframe? Do you not realize what a monumental disregard that is to my genuinely poor experience with your practice? This is essentially shirking responsibility and calling me a liar. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this course of action. It's simply amoral."
