Reviews
"This place is awful and unprofessional. When you reach out for help they act like you are an inconvenience & then completely ignore you. Good luck if you choose them for your mental health services. Better off to find someone else."
"Very poor communication, therapist consistently not available on scheduled days, cancelled my recurring appointments without informing me. Go elsewhere."
"Amanda was unprofessional by suggesting I should be over it/ past it by now that my partner had seen his ex while we were separated and and lied about it for 7 months. Also I disclosed gaslighting and emotional abuse and she took my partners side and said, I dont think its malicious! Absolutely ridiculous!"
"Do not waste your time. I am sure more would post if they were not embarrassed to have their name on a counseling business. We went there a couple times for a minor manor. Each time there we paid using our HSA as provided by work, no way we would have paid for a second visit otherwise....now, 2 years later I receive a bill for 2.5+ sessions. I call to ask why they are sending me a bill as we paid each time, and also because the HSA I was using is no longer valid. The response was 'well we didn't have an office manager back in 2019 (its late August of 2021) and have went through a couple office managers since you were here and sometimes we don't bill on time.' 1.) I paid at date of service using HSA I had at the time. They claim I didn't, but they made so many mistakes my insurance had to refund me the extra amount billed. 2.) The front staff doesn't seem to understand insurance as I had been doubled billed once, incorrect amount on at least one occasion, told that my insurance wasn't accepted after it did previous appointment, and now years later I owe? 3.) 2 years to send a bill (incorrect as it is), while technically legal, which they are quick to point out, seems unprofessional when many of us have HSA's with strict timelines to submit for. So, instead of using funds that were appropriated for such business, I am now personally on hook for a years old mistake on their end. 4.) Fun fact - When I called back a second time today about my bill, I mentioned 'I called earlier about a billing issue', to which the reply was "oh, Mr. first-name / last-name", of someone that is not me....confidentiality is not their strong suit. 5.) Bonus - I never used James M. Morgan as my counselor, but often heard him openly talk about people after they left with other counselors in the hall. These conversations were a bit much, especially when he had to know we were within earshot and may even be kids in lobby. I mean who tells another counselor in the hall that about someone's sex issue...whatever happened to confidentiality or HiPPA? ** Update** Received a call from owner (James M. Morgan) and lets just say he is not the most professional person you want to deal with. I wish I had done better research before stopping in, or perhaps read the FB reviews, or claims against him for harassment before ever setting foot in his office."
"I originally set up a therapy session, with Jamie Morgan for my husband, almost 4 years ago. Before hanging up, Jamie asked me, "what about you?" Due to the circumstances at that time, my husband did not attend the therapy session, but I went in his place, and have continued bi-weekly since. I have been able to work through so much - trama, codependency, setting boundaries, speaking up and using my voice, working through difficult relationships, food issues and weight loss, and so much more. Jamie and his practice have been such a blessing in my life and the lives of so many others I have referred there. The continued growth and success of this practice shows they must be doing something right! Thank you Jamie, for everything you've done for me, my life, and my marriage over the last 4 years!"
