"I called in as a new patient to make an appointment. The front office person sounded high, and she couldn't give me a clear answer of why I couldn't get an earlier appointment than next week (not that she tried to explain at all). She seemed amused when I got frustrated and I asked to speak to someone else so she put me on indefinite hold until I hung up. Super unprofessional and clearly doesn't care at all. Unfortunate because the doctors here were recommended to me but I couldn't get past the terrible service."
