"I met doctor Kau through my parents but I stopped going to him because as a patient HE DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU. I gave him plenty of chances and every time I would go he wouldn’t listen to me. You’re supposed to listen to your patients not just hear what they say and disregard everything they said and come up with your own version. I had a situation where I had a sore throat (covid time) and he automatically assumed it was covid but I kept telling him that my body felt regular and that it was just another sore throat but he made me go get tested for covid (it came back negative) and whenever I told him my throat was still hurting and the test was negative HE DID NOTHING . He didn’t even give me antibiotics for a sore throat. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. He doesn’t help you, all he does it collect your money and leaves you in pain. Save your money."

"Dr. Vincent Kau is my go to doctor. I have been seeing him for years and will continue to see him for many more years. I've read the negative comments about him and I will say this, He is but a single man who sees hundreds of patients weekly, tries to diagnose their illness the best he can with what they tell him, then still has to go home and play daddy to his family. No one is perfect at what they do, for they are human and prone to error, but he does the best that he can for so many patients in his care, at least give him credit for trying to help you."

"I had a very good experience. Dr. Kau was very professional, he took his time to go over and explain in a very detailed way the lab work results. Staff was very polite and friendly. I will recommend him."

"NEVER go to this doctor’s office!! Maria the secretary who works in that office NEEDS TO BE FIRED. She hung up on me 3 times today and once yesterday. Digustingly unprofessional. I went in for a physical. I also took one of their questionnaires. I was having a bad day so I definitely exaggerated how I was feeling. Regardless, the doctor tried to prescribe me pills ( I didn’t ask for them.) A week later they follow up and refuse to give my test results for 2 to 3 weeks unless I came in again. I am a busy person who doesn’t have time to drive across town to see these people. What they wanted was my money and it’s clear they are desperate for clientele. I would suggest going anywhere else BUT here. Highly disrespectful. I was treated less than a human being; them refusing to release MY medical results to me and trying to force me to come back to their office is not only illegal but VERY disturbing compared to any other doctor I have ever been to in my life!! This deserves 0 stars because in no way, shape, or form is what I experienced acceptable. After two days of groveling I was able to FINALLY receive what is mine by law. My body, my money, my decision to go see OR NOT go see whoever I please. To say I’m upset is an understatement. This is malpractice and for a person with anxiety to have to deal with this careless treatment just shows how unbelievable a medical professional can be. By far the worst doctor experience of my life. I was treated so horrible and not even as a patient but as a dollar sign. I will never go back here."

"Don't waste your time with this doctor. Make sure you don't get into a car accident or he won't see you when you're (what the office told me) in pain because he doesn't have the credentials to fill out forms."
