"DO NOT MAKE A NURSE APPOINTMENT Dr Sudha is a very good MD. But I had a extremely bad experience with her nurse Ms. Jamila Graham this afternoon. Today I had an appointment at 12.30 for a nurse for my second shingles vaccine. Reported at 12.25 and the receptionist advised that they are on lunch. Waited till 1pm and asked Ms. Keisha who is very helpful, and she said everything looks fine and they will call. Again checked with Keisha at 1.15 and she went to check on inside and she said that they will call you soon. 1.20pm Jamila called me and said that my appointment was at 11.30 because they go for lunch at 12. I checked again and make sure my messages on my MyChart, and also confirmed that it was at 12.30 with Ms. Keisha. The nurse Jamila was very rude to me and she literally throw the syringe on me. Never greeted, never informed that what injection was she giving to me and once it is done, she just walked out of the door. I never ever had such experience from Methodist and I am taking this matter to the Texas Medical Board and also the Methodist Management. So If you are in need of a nurse, Please do not go with Jamila Graham. I also trying to report the Texas Board of Nursing about her attitude and behavior."
