"You will not see the doctor. You will see people on rotation or nurses. It seems they “staff” the cases weekly with the doctor. We wanted to FaceTime a call we were on when the NP came in, but she wouldn’t give us the 5 seconds. I remained on the call, regardless, while my loved ones in the office apologized profusely (for no reason) and begged the NP to please come back. They left confused, traumatized. They thought they did something wrong. They didn’t understand what happened. They are elderly. They have dementia. Thank god I was actually listening to this transpire. Oh yeah, I have called them 20x to discuss to no avai."
