"I am currently a patient and I have been for over 7 years. I was diagnosed with Covid from the hospital. I called on Thursday, Friday and Monday. No one returned my call. I was in misery (still am). I went the office on Tuesday February 27th to ask why I never got a call back. All I needed was some cough medicine and he told me no I needed to make an appointment. Mind you I was just at the hospital on Thursday and the next available appointment was in March. He has access to see that I was seen at St Luke’s hospital. Ridiculous. I guess I have to cough to death before I get any help."

My only complaint is Connie Martinez in the Wharton Office, there are several negative reviews regarding this individual underneath the Wharton location’s reviews. Her attitude is nasty toward the elderly and disabled, she is very brassy toward everyone and she doesn’t respect confidentiality. She literally thinks she’s Dr.Aly."

"Great place to go for health care! I recommend this providers office because as patient I feel like they are committed to helping me reach my health goals. I have been going here for quite some time and the evolution of this office has definitely been in a positive direction. The staff is friendly and even playful at times, giving you a family type vibe. But, Dr. Ghandi is definitely my favorite addition to this office, she displays care for her patients that is unmatched for any office I've been to."

"This is the worst unorganized staff I’ve ever seen at a doctors office. You have to call repeatedly many times for days before you can speak to anyone. They have a call center handling calls and appointments. Every acts like they never received your message. Shahina the office manager never knows what’s going on. She says they will fix the problems , but nothing changes. When you get to the pharmacy sometimes all your medication aren’t there yet so if their office is closed you have to wait until the next day trying to call again. If you leave messages sometimes a lot of times you don’t get a return call. Just a marry go round in a circle of unprofessionals . The guy before you exit who does the referral is rude and unprofessional at times. The Doctors are good there, but they should really consider changing how the office is managed. I see old reviews here that say the same exact thing I’ve experienced here at this office. Totally ridiculous. One time they set a appointment for me to see the doctor I asked for and when I got there it was the wrong specialist they set my appointment for. Once you do get to see a Doctor they seem to be nice and good doctors , but at least three times since I’ve been going here I’ve had to call back to ask about a medication they were suppose to send to the pharmacy. They do get it corrected whenever you can actually get past the answering service, but who wants to make several trips to the pharmacy when your not feeling well already. I would say if they had better office management and got rid of that answer service call center and handled referrals better things would be better. Until then I’m giving. One star because I can’t give less and I do enjoy the coffee machine."
