"If you care about your health do not see this doctor. My mother went to this woman for 2 months seeking help for all of her joints being locked up. She might as well told her from the beginning that she didn’t care enough to do her job properly. She was given medicine that only made her sugar off the charts. she didn’t even bother to look at my moms joints for a proper exam ( she would surely have seen how swollen she is all over her body) Apparently she knew everything so an actual exam wasn’t necessary nor was the blood work. When my mom messaged the dr about what else could be done to see what was wrong ( after she has now lost all mobility and her freedom) she had the audacity to send a bill for almost $700 for an appointment that was already covered by insurance. I advised her to request an itemized bill since the insurance has already covered the appointment. Of course they refused. I will be taking action against “Dr” Ghanti as far as it can go. If she was only interested in making money she should have chose a different profession. Fortunately my mom was able to get to a doctor that is capable of doing their job and has since been advised that her immobility may be permanent due the arrogance of “Dr” Ghanti. All because she doesn’t care enough about her job. It’s going to be a slow road to recovery, if she can even fully recover at all."

"Dr. Ganti is a great physician; however trying to reach a live staff member on the office phone usually NEVER happens; definitely receives a grade of "F" in that office contact availability. If the office is short staff, hire more people."
