"OMG! I don't even recognize our dog Saucc! He's gone from an overactive, in your face, misbehaving dog to a dog who now follows cues, goes to his place and follows directions. I can't say enough good things Mishael! He totally changed our dog."
"Dropped my dog off and once I got home and looked at him after my kid picked him up his eye was so red and swollen. When we went back the groomer said “nothing happened” but his eye is super red, swollen and his tears are literally blood. Took him to the vet and thank god there was no lesion but he was still got hurt and we weren’t notified upon pick up. Plus I was charged the full amount of the haircut and they didn’t even finish cutting his hair and left his eye bloody. The owner didn’t even call to check on him.. her daughter did. We didn’t drop him off injured but we definitely picked him up injured. **edit to add the vet said he was choked. Which caused his blood vessels to burst. They didn’t just pop on their own. He’s now on pain meds and antibiotics"
"I will not ever go back to this groomers. They cut my fur baby under his tail and he was in so much discomfort. He was not acting like himself and I noticed he kept sitting every so often and would not walk. He would lick himself a lot and I can tell the cut was very irritating to him. We noticed on a Tuesday, we were going to the groomers Wednesday to speak with an employee but they were closed which is fine but we went Thursday since online hours showed open and the location was still closed! I am not sure who cut his hair at this location but it was a very poor job besides causing the cut, they chopped his hair so unevenly on his left ear it almost looks like a bald spot and the eye boogers still there. It’s so upsetting to trust groomers to be very careful with fur babies and they are not being cautious enough. I don’t care if it’s a small cut, my poodle can’t speak for himself and didn’t deserve to go through that and deal with this discomfort. I never post reviews but this is just not okay and I don’t want anyone else’s fur baby having to go through this. Please go elsewhere!!!"
"My experience was absolutely awesome. I definitely recommend this place. My fur baby was treated Great by the staff they were so friendly. Definitely will be returning"
"Dropped of my dog for a bath and nail trim and picked him up with shampoo left on his face and wrinkles and bloody nails. The groomers did not notice his nails so now there is blood all over my car and now on my jeans from when I carried him back into the building. The lady at the front desk put powder to stop the bleeding on his nails but did not care at all how his leg was being bent. The lady then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not getting his nails cut more often. I will never ever take my dog here again. We will continue to go to Petco for his nail clippings as they have never EVER left him with bloody nails. Edit- also, while I was there they asked another fur parent to hold his dog down so they could cut the dogs nails. Isn’t that their job? Aren’t they trained to do this? And why we pay them to do it?"
