"My appointment was this past Tuesday. I got a call on Monday to confirm my appointment to which I said yes. Then on Tuesday morning I get an email and a text message confirming my appointment again. However, when I showed up the office was closed. The weather was bad and I completely understand if they couldn't make it, but at least have the decency to reach out and let me know my appointment was cancelled rather than sending me notifications and calling me the day before to make sure I'm coming and wasting my time driving there. Now it's the day after my appointment and I still haven't recieved a call to reschedule. Completely unprofessional."

"I don't agree with the billing policies of the office. My PCP covers annual health physicals so I had one and it was 100% covered. He measured my BP as higher than last time so he said to take daily measurements and have a televisit later on to share results. So I did and he made an adjustment which is all fine but I assumed that's just a continuation of the physical to complete it. The televisit took no more than 5-10 minutes and then I was charged $190 for it. I didn't expect to be charged for that visit and then to be charged at that high of a rate for a 5-10 minute televisit call when I can do teledoc for $50 on any given day seems way overpriced."

"LOVE the Dr's. HOWEVER.. The doctors never get messages. Scripts are never fully called in you have to always call and get the staff to complete jobs. And the RN decided to tell me to go to a Gastroenterologiat for a refill that was needed for A Migraine.. Not her job and against the rules... Since then it's still been ridiculous,. Left a message been waiting for over a month for a call back.. Yep.. Cash patient... Again LOVE the doctors."

"My first visit for my elderly mom was great. My mom doesn't trust doctors easily so I was nervous about our visit. But Dr Jafri was awesome! She listened to my mom and was very caring and attentive and addressed all of her needs. I was able to get her in for an appointment right away. All of her staff were friendly and welcoming. We were blessed to find this doctor under short notice!"
