When I finally saw the doctor, she wasn’t interested in hearing any of my issues or working with me on helping me get better. She was more interested in collecting my info and my insurance payment. FYI, I had a cyst on the back of my neck that she dismissed as an insect bite. The new doctor is calling for a biopsy on it where she completely wrote it off. I’ll be sticking with Methodist primary care doctors for the future. Just thought I’d help someone out here from wasting their time like I did visiting this practice."
