"Great hike to get there and a beautiful view! I'm so glad we went before the river rose."
"My wife and I went to Tower Rock yesterday to see it fully exposed before the river level comes back up this weekend. It is a very impressive site but the road there is narrow, dusty, and rough. There are no restroom facilities there. I would imagine that on a normal day parking is adequate but during this time of intense interest in Tower Rock it was difficult to find a parking spot and you had to be careful driving through the large number of people walking back and forth."

"Unfortunately the area is in drought,which means you can take advantage of this hopefully rare opportunity and walk across the Mississippi River to Tower Rock. Very interesting and unusual adventure."
