"Quick visit and good customer service"
"Terrible experience! I arrived at 11:45 and no one was at the front desk. At 12:05 a female lab technician came out and said we close at 12:00 and you have to comeback another day. When I told her that I was there since 11:45 she said RUDELY O.K grab a sit and I will get your test done, at that time her boyfriend who was sitting at the lobby watching tv got up his chair and started arguing with her and us about how he was not going to wait there for her any longer!! This is ridiculous. Medical industry staff in general need more training and work ethic. They asume that since Insurace pay for the bill it doesn't come out of the customers pocket. I personally pay more than 1000 a month in insurance. And this test was $300. Horrible service. Do yourself a favor and go to lab corp."
