"We were scheduled for an appointment, but the receptionist didn't "book" the appointment. My husband had taken a personal day to be at the appointment with my son. We drove for an hour to be there. The best they could do to help us was send us to the walk-in clinic, where we told it would be a long wait to even possibly be seen today. They need to train their staff to better understand their scheduling systems, in my opinion."

"My therapist through them is pretty good. My psych through them is awful. My input was barely acknowledged and my anxiety was "treated" with anything other than the medication that was known to work. When my panic attacks increased in frequency with no cause, I was told to identify my triggers in therapy (spoiler: there weren't any triggers). If you can, go literally anywhere else for treatment. If you can't go anywhere else, avoid Dr. Nelson at all costs if you have panic attacks and anxiety as one of your symptoms."

"They keep therapists who admitted to not being able to help but 3rd times the charge and I found the perfect therapist. She listened and helped. Made me feel like a human worth listening to. Not a patient she was rushing. I felt safe talking to her. Then without warning saying she got let go and I need to find someone else. As if I could even find somebody I could trust right now with this company. Also who wants to start over in relive every traumatic and horrible thing that they get therapy for and be forced to live through all of it again for someone new."
