"What a horrible practice. Outdated and rickety equipment. Dr Aaron See looked at an xray, totally misdiagnosed my son, and then his office wants to charge me $1,290? They blamed their new billing company for their outlandish pricing. The manager never returned my calls about the bill or the fact that the bed my son was on was so rickety, I thought it would break. I thought I was taking my son to a specialist...what a huge, aggravating, disappointing experience! So scary that this doctor was talking to us about possible surgery when in fact, the issue with my son's legs was entirely different!"

"I feel very robbed, I received a 1845 dollar bill from physicians who supposedly saw my child while in the NICU after my delivery, I wish they would have NEVER touched my child because I was in a IN-NETWORK facility and they claimed they were out of network doctors, but how can we control who sees our child in a vulnerable situation. So I paid and so DID MY INSURANCE without my knowing, so as I'm asking for my money's back and NOTHING."

"This place is an insurance scam. I just received a $2000 bill from this place. My son was born at resolute hospital 4 months ago and spent 2 weeks in the NICU. I have already paid for the full birth and NICU stay through resolute. Now I received another bill FOUR MONTHS LATER from this place with the names of 3 doctors. JEFFREY PAUL, TIMOTHY PAPPOE, AND MICHELLE MEZA. I don't know who these people are. they never talked to me or did anything with my son as far as I know? Do not interact with this place, they will scam you and your insurance. I've never heard of these doctors and they're charging my insurance $15000?? I was with my son in the NICU for 6-7 hours per day EVERY DAY. and i never saw these doctors. The bill said one guy charged $500 just for being present at my birth. What the heck? I didn't even know this dude was there? The only people who even talked to me were my doctor and a nurse named Tammy. Everybody else just stood in the background the whole time.... the rest of the bill just says "subsequent intensive care"... I already paid the NICU bill, so what does that even mean? There was nothing wrong with my son that required specialist attention from these people. As far as I know, they never even did anything with him. they never talked to me. i never knew these doctors existed until today. Honestly scary to think about the fact that there could have been people potentially working on him without me having met them or even talked to them. It's shady and scam-like. Doesn't feel right and it's immoral to charge my insurance like that. What a bunch of profiteering quacks.... I will be demanding an itemized bill saying EXACTLY what they did with my son, because as far as I'm concerned they were never there. I literally was with him almost the whole time."

"Do not walk, RUN from this place! I have never seen more fraud, waste, and abuse in the healthcare system than what occurs here. I actually work for the health plan. It is our organization's goal that the providers in our network are being compensated for the high quality services and care that they provide to our members to improve their health outcomes. This is NOT the case in this office! It is clear that they are only here for profit. I took my daughter to be seen by Dr. Garcia when she was just a few weeks old to evaluate her ear and see if she was a candidate for ear molds. Dr. Garcia spent less 10 minutes in the room with us, quickly took a look at her and let us know she was not an ideal candidate and she did not recommend the molds for her. I paid my co-pay for the visit and left. I thought I would receive a bill in the mail for the consultation visit which is usually less than $200 for any other specialist. Certainly not the case here. They decided to code her visit as a Level 3, and proceeded to bill the maximum allowable by the insurance which means they sent a nearly $800 visit fee to my insurance who only paid half and expected me to pay the other half. I have never seen a specialist bill so ridiculously high for a simple consultation that was literally less than 10 minutes and no services other than a simple evaluation was performed! I was so appalled I tried to call the office on numerous occasions about the bill and no one was willing to help me, simply using the excuse that they had no control over the billing. Finally one day I managed to get in contact with the office manager who assured me he would look into the matter, speak with the provider and follow up with me. All lies of course because he never contacted me again. And I was never able to get any other assistance from anyone else in that office no matter how much I contacted them. They finally sent me a notice in the mail that they would be sending my bill to collections if I didn't pay. I cannot believe how this practice would even classify themselves as ethical if this is how they care for their patients. I'm glad my daughter didn't end up needing any of their services because I can't imagine the arm and leg that would've cost me to treat her. I hope no one else has to go through the same experience with this provider or practice and if your children need a specialist I highly urge you look elsewhere."
