"I go to Dr. Joseph Luna he actually listens to your concerns at times sometimes it’s like he doesn’t care. They’re extremely strict and a bit ridiculous when it comes to covid they literally make you send test results to them and they won’t accept the rapid ones either you have to pay for the ones that take a lot longer to obtain results. They make it seem like everyone that’s sick has covid. It’s just beyond ridiculous. I understand it’s for safety reasons, but they definitely go overboard. I scheduled an appointment but it was a month out. I have severe allergies and when you walk into the reception they ask a ton of questions and I so happened to say yes to one and told them I suffer from severe allergies, which I had a sinus infection at the moment that’s why I had that symptom. They literally refused to see me and I repeatedly told them I do not have covid and I was tested for it as well. Just because you’re sick with anything they automatically want you to get tested for covid. Then after they saw the results I sent them on the app through a message they were like well see if we can see you and it might have to just be a virtual visit. I’m honestly so upset because I didn’t have covid and I sent over the test results before I showed up to my appointment. It’s just ridiculous I drove all the way down there for nothing. Which they like doing often acting like people have nothing else to do! It’s excessive and ridiculous to be that way after they have the test results which were NEGATIVE. I have not gone through this type of treatment anywhere else. I feel like they’re basically judging you assuming everyone has covid just because you’re sick and it could just be allergies, but you can’t have any symptoms at all because it’s questioned and it could be covid and they don’t want you in their office at all. I’m not happy with this clinic and the purpose of going to a doctor it’s because obviously you’re ill. The nurses never check the messages on the app and it’s impossible to get a hold of them and the worst part is the doctor never has availability until months out. I’ve messaged them repeatedly about my refills or labs but nobody replies and nothing gets done. You have to schedule an appointment just to talk to the doctor about this which will be a month or two out. I’m considering going to a different doctor this has been the worst experience ever. I’ve been going to this doctor for maybe a little over a year maybe going on two years but this Doctor sucks and so does the clinic. You’re better off going somewhere else or to urgent care. Hey and don’t plan on getting sick because they’ll see you a month later!! Also, not to mention they push antidepressants regardless if you want them or not which is annoying."

"I have been trying to get ahold of my medical records for weeks now. First two weeks ago was told they would call me which never happened so I came in again yesterday and was told it would either be that afternoon or the following day. So the next day comes and I drive out there again only to be told it won't be till next week on Wednesday. I have driven out from live oak texas three different times now taking time out of my day and opening up my schedule to be disrespected by staff who just keep putting me off."

"I had to cancel an appointment because we had a car accident and because I canceled they said they couldn’t get me an appointment for two months. I’m on disability and I have medication that I need on a daily basis to be able to function. Dr. Luna wouldn’t call my prescriptions in or that’s what his assistant sai"

"I have been trying to reach NP Collazo for 5mos. Initially, I needed to renew an rx she gave me but couldn’t afford labs at the time. Covid. The med is as critical as a diabetic’s insulin & it didn’t mess anything up to stay on that dosage a little longer. Not getting that refill led to nearly bleeding to death, lost job & almost evicted. I left MANY messages & still no callback. Thankfully, I found a cheap Teladoc option who refilled my pills for 90 days JUST BECAUSE I’D ALREADY HAD THEM. Obviously necessary, the correct pill & fine dosage. Today I heard she saw the messages & just chose not to call me back. I (also) believe her practice manager Jessica has been blocking my messages. The 2nd time I called begging to talk to my PCP, the PM outright said no to passing along my message. I couldn't get ahold of my PCP when I was sitting in the hospital still bleeding, getting a blood transfusion. Still can't reach her, a month later. There's no one above the gatekeeping PM, no next step, & I would caution against this practice just for that. Disappointing."

"While experience with Dr Cantu was fair and polite, billing purgatory has caused my symptoms to re-double. After a month of 'we will call you back' after re-contacting the office weekly; turns out the billing department never processed it to my insurance in the first place. This caused me to receive an 'overdue' notice in the mail. Unbelievable..."
