"I left feeling well looked after. Everyone was helpful, organized, and attentive. They made sure I had all information needed for upcoming Appointments."
"I am not receiving quality care for recovery especially since the illness has progressed. I am so sick that I have to use the telemedicine service. I feel a since of neglect. Do not recommend for African Americans. Unconscious difference based on the diminished value of Black health."
"Issues with billing, informed on first visit my insurance was accepted and only charged co-pay. Went in 2 weeks later per doctors request also just charged co-pay. A month later received a billing statement saying I owed hundreds of dollars. I promptly called the billing department to look into this since they dropped charges of first visit. My second visit billing statement was charged as if no insurance was applied , they stated insurance wasn’t covering this normal follow up apt. (My insurance covers this) the issue being that they did not accept my insurance plan type and I was not informed until after I received the billing statements. Had I been informed I was not covered I would have just gone to urgent care. The billing department looked into it said it would take 15 days. This time came and went, I called again. They said give us 5 more days. Came and went. 10 business days later I get an update to my billing statement dropping some of the charges but not all… so what is going on. It’s been over 2 months and this is not resolved. Worst customer experience . Will never use village medical again."
