"Honestly, Scott is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve had some rare medical issues and Dr. Scott diagnosed what ER doctors couldn’t figure out. He is 100% genuine (which is rare to see in this world), and I know he cares about me as a person, not just a patient. He is hilarious and always puts me at ease. And don’t even get me started on his staff. Omfg, those ladies are gold. The whole office has a great vibe. And his beautiful wife, Dr. Amy....gold. "I’ve heard great things about Dr Scott Thomas but Amy is the WORST!! I went to this location back when it was owned by Christus Santa Rosa. I kept going when the Thomas family purchased the clinic. Amy misdiagnosed me twice and Scott had to come to her rescue. I asked if I could start seeing him and was told that they had a rule against switching from one to the other. Amy later rescheduled my appointment so she could pick up a custom van in Austin. A few months later I threw my back out and could hardly walk. I told them I might run late. The receptionist was understanding as I had been a patient there for many years. I showed up 11 min late and Amy wouldn’t see me. She refused to even speak with me directly and stood feet away from me avoiding eye contact at all cost. Dr Scott may be a medical doctor because he loves helping people but Amy is cold and inconsiderate with her patients. If you must visit this clinic schedule with him."
