"Ive had exams where the examiner didnt know how to log into the system, the examiner didnt do the exam properly, the examiner failed to do the exam for the time period asked etc.... All for the VA.. And if my representation wouldnt have brought the issues to attention the VA was going to accept the exam finding. So if you are going for an exam for the VA, DO NOT TRUST that anyone within this company is compitent or professional enough to give a quality, accurate, fair exam.."
"I have had 3 disability appointments with This clinic and my evaluation were less than 15 minutes. All the providers did the same basic and “routine” test they needed to do and took little verbal medical history from me. They just said ok we have your records and we will review. I left there confused and didn’t even know why I had appointments if that’s all they were going to do."
"After reading all the reviews I was skeptical and went in with my guard up. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted immediately, and taken to the back for my appointment. I must've been lucky or went on a good day. Between the front desk, additional staffing and doc I met for my exam and finally x ray everyone was really nice and things were clicking."
"The company calls you to remind you to call for an appointment, they do not call you once, instead they call you twice back to back and simultaneously send multiple texts. I complained about this before over a year ago so there is obviously no intention of fixing this. So I call to make my appointment but I am just left on hold for over 20 minutes(twice) before I hang up. This of course means I will get multiple calls from a recording later this evening. All this shows the company only cares about money and not the patient. I do not want an empty apology, I want it fixed. I finally set my appointment and not even an hour later did I receive a call telling me I need to make an appointment. I don't know who the CEO is but I would love to have their phone number so I can return the harassing calls."
"I'm a vet having to travel for various C&P exams for PACT ACT CLAIMS .My background is Camp Lejeune toxic water medical issues (Grew up there as a small child in the 60's) & Agent Orange contamination medical issues (from my time in the service in Guam & various islands) also several injuries incurred at that time that were never addressed while in service. Also strong evidence from 23 years of going to v.a hospital in my state. QTC never even looked at my V.A hospital records..One of my exams, the QTC mobile unit met me 40 miles away . The Nurse practioner could not speak English very well plus wearing a ppe mask which made her really hard to understand. She got irritated when I said I didn't know what she was trying to say or have me say. Also It took 2 months & alot of calls just to get my travel pay for 2 exams.Just got it yesterday the 2nd of August. My exams were at the the first week's of June. This whole deal with them has been a February, March, April, May ,June ,July ,August nightmare of auto-generated calls , texts & FedEx letters .Thank God the V.A sent me to another company after this QTC fiasco. They had a properly trained examiner on my exam # 3 ."
