"Only one star I am giving if there was an option for zero I would do that. Horrible experience for my sisters first time. She went in and was told the doctor starts seeing patients at 10:00, then to go and get pushed back to 12:00. The doctor was rude from the get go. When the copay was collected I was thinking it was 40. 00 like I read. Reminder I’m not feeling good. I asked the lady why 50.00 when she was changing and if it changes. All she responded was Yes! Attitude!! Smh. Well, there was no reasoning behind that. I asked how to make a complaint and it was a paper they handed me to fill out. I called for my sister to see if I can speak to someone and spoke to the Manger of the place ( the doctors brother ) and he did seem concerned. He just told me well the price was changed and it’s been a long time. It’s in fine print. If it’s my sister’s first time how is she going to know that? If she is not feeling good why did the registration ladies not explain that from the beginning when filling out the paperwork? There is no protocol for the doctor to call you back. Makes you think that nothing will get solved. These ladies are so comfortable treating me like that imagine the established patients or new patients in general. How are you going to grow? After finishing the conversation with the Manager since we were not able to take care of the situation he told me that we should take our business elsewhere. I don’t know about y’all but that’s not proper business. Please I ask that NO ONE GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!! Poor management Poor customer service. Imagine the way your Grandparents or Parents are being treated."
