"It's been a while since I've had any issues, at the west side location, until the last couple of visits. Once it was because we weren't given all of our order, it happens. But today... we were left sitting at the pickup window with no one at it for well over 5 minutes. Our drinks were visible when we pulled up, and we watched someone place our food on a rack and walk away. 3 employees standing in plain sight and not one addressed the fact that there was no one at the window or acknowledged our presence. Seems like mostly front-end issues because the other employees are friendly and right on task."

"This McDonald's is consistently a factory of sadness. Ordered a Big Mac, and they didn't have all of the components to make said big mac. Someone made a judgment call not to enlighten me but rather just give me my sandwich, and I would be none the wiser. I live 7 miles away, so it's not a quick turnaround. With the exception of Tom, the dumpster fire starts at the top and in almost magical fashion has a cascading effect on the rest of the workers there."

"Patty at the window has wonderful customer service skills and my food was fresh and ready instantly. I travel a lot and I go to McDonald’s frequently and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They all deserve a raise."
