"My previous visit to new horizons was a bad experience I was rescheduled which I already left a review about but that was the best thing she could have done because I had the pleasure of being greeted at the front desk by Shelia whom was a very pleasant receptionist,I also had the pleasure of doing my intake with two individuals that really changed my experience and perception of this place thank you James Jordan and Shelia your people skills are phenomenal and you three can make a difference in people’s lives. Those who come there are hurting humans and I don’t doubt you treat them as such . I recommend James and Jordan the are awesome"

"I came to this place for an intake. I was on a business call in the lobby and I gave them my name and she told me she would hand me the paperwork after I got off the phone I went outended my call when I came back in. She was very rude saying you can't be on the phone in here and. I asked her, why can't she give me the paperwork? And she said because I can't, you're on the phone and I explained to her. That it was a business call I went. I was on time for my appointment . She said I need your attorney's address and your case number. I didn't have either available and I said to her. I would think that you guys would have this. She observed me on the phone walking out and I mentioned to the person I was talking to that she was rude and she denied my visit with my intake and made me reschedule. This place stunk and her name was Julie and she was very rude and I even apologized to her and she still would not. Let me go forward with my appointment. It was a personality conflict and. Add nothing to do with the reason why I was there"
