"I recently visited this dental office for my dental needs for a total of 3 dental visits. Receptionists and dental hygienist were always professional and welcoming. However, for whatever reason beyond my control, Dr. Holly Krystek, was unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable during my visits. As a new patient, during my first visit, she just walked into the room and interrupted the hygienist and didn't even introduce herself to me. How unprofessional, and such an unpleasant experience for me as a new patient. For obvious reasons, I will be seeking my dental care elsewhere. Update: This dentist told me I had 13 cavities that would need repaired, and also provided me with a quote for the total service. Now that I am at a new dentist, turns out I only have 3 cavities, NOT 13 cavities. Wow, I am without words. Please be careful as you would not want to go through any unnecessary dental procedures or accrue the fees that comes along with it:("
