"One big complaint. Twice we have gone for therapy the entrance leading up to the sidewalk was still snow covered and very dangerous for someone using a walker. Was wondering if insurance would cover someone if they fell just trying to get into the building. We almost turned around and went back home. We have another appointment on Wednesday hoping the entrance will be better. Thanks. Didn’t know who to complain to."

"Therapists and assistants do a great job. Definitely feeling improvement thanks to their direction. Only suggestion is the number of people scheduled at the same time. It is hard to stay focused when there are so many people. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day, there are always so many at one time. I would add the lack of HVAC over the last months is irresponsible. With the abundant respiratory issues this time of year, air filtration is a minimal protection that should be in place, especially with the number of people in the space on a daily basis."
