CareNow Urgent Care - Carrollton

"As a minority male, one should not openly be treated unfairly at the Carrollton location. Lindsey and Shawna were awesome at their postion; however, how does a practice allow 4 others (non-minority) to go ahead of you only to state, "We can take you now." This is the most condescending openly form of racism ever witnessed. Didnt become radical as was expected; however, the time for secret shoppers/patients needs to return quickly. Folks should be held accountable for open discrimination. The Lewisville location (Patricia, Alexis and Dr Printers) came through with the "save"; however, I will NEVER return to any of the CareNow facilities going forward. Minute Clinic are more professional, caring regardless of your race. Playing the race card is not in my DNA; however, we are past time for such open treatment. Train Train Train and hold folks accountable for how they treat patients. Every opportunity given, this experience will be shared. First my ancestors - Now me. This devil is a lie."

"Horrible doctors at this location. They do not listen to what symptoms you are having. The nursing staff is far better than the doctors that are provided at this location! Even the front desk staff is better than the doctors. The front desk staff was actually pretty great! Which is something that usually doesn’t happen! Get better doctors!!!!!!!!! Especially the female doctor I just saw! Horrible!"

"I took my son in for a laceration on his chin and I couldn't have been happier with the care he received. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses to the NP were so sweet to him and so gentle ! He was nervous about going in, but they met him on his level, were kind and made him laugh. Not only did they provide great medical care, but they were thorough and gave excellent customer service. We were in and out within the hour, they followed up several days later, and the copay with insurance was only $50!"
