"I went here when they first opened until one day they couldn't take me for an urgent condition and sent me to the Family Medicine practice I liked the doctor there so I continued going there. But now I need to see a doctor and no one is available at Family Medicine tomorrow and now they won't take as if it makes a difference. They are fine sending me to a bunch of different locations and physicians when it is convenient for them but won't do it when it is convenient for me. Very shameful. I wish I knew who to complain to in Medical City about this ridiculous situation."
