"When we arrived at our appointment for our son the people there told us the system was down and that we needed to go to a different location. We did not received a notice that the system was down or that we could not get the test done. We had to go to another of their locations and lost hours of our day because of their incompetent handling of their appointments."

"Unprofessional and Rude. I went here 3 days in a row to get my residents blood work done she had an appointment but somehow all walk ins kept getting in the chair before her she got antsy both days and was ready to go but we had to get her blood work in so we tried a 3rd day to walk in in hopes that she could be seen right away only to be told their policy changed 30 days ago by a large black woman with light brown braids whom I’ve never seen working at this location before. Super inconvenient and apparently these ladies don’t know company polices and need to be retrained. 30 days ago? I was here for the past 2 days like huh? Anyway I begged nursing to please allow us to attend another location so we won’t have to deal with so many run arounds just to get blood work done. Save yourself the time go to another location the phlebotomist are ghetto and attitudey do better black people"
