"The doctor is fine. The staff is pathetic. Rude, in a hurry, slow and incompetent. Fundamental things like communication, refill management and follow ups are too much for them to handle on regular basis. Again - no issues with the doctor. The staff should be turned over or retrained. I don’t want to change doctors but if I have another bad experience with their office, I will. This has been gradually getting worse for more than 2 years. They don’t seem to understand that they are impacting people’s health and well-being by being apathetic. Without patients, they do not have jobs."

I left my last PCP because they would not listen to me or consider my concerns, and my experience here was completely different.
