"They did not reply to my voicemails or texts for 3 days. On the 4th day, I finally reached a live person. They had billed incorrectly, and I found out when I received an EOB that said my insurance was “out of network” and I owed $125 for 1 hour of counseling! (At the start, they had told me my insurance was in network.) Although the owner apologized over the phone, she explained details incessantly that do not matter to clients—like billing through Headway, etc. She kept talking and did not pause to give me a turn. When I tried to respond, she proceeded to talk over me. They are going to refile through the correct insurance, but they lost my business with the $125 out of network EOB and the resulting $45 extra charges on 2 invoices."

"I found Dr. V when I needed it the most. She has helped me through postpartum depression, a traumatic birth, the stresses of having a NICU baby, being a mother, and working full time. She and her staff have been very accommodating of my schedule and professional at all times. "When I first called to see the pricing they did verify and mentioned it would be $25 for the copay. This was therapy for myself and my son. But this was for each one of us. Since copay was just $25 I decided it would be ok for my son to have sessions every week until he felt a little better. After a month I noticed it was around $85.00 then $70.00. Then I called and asked why are the amounts different. They mentioned it was most likely because the insurance was billed differently but then would change to the $25. Well it never did. Then my son was sick for an entire week. I replied to the text 24 hours before the appointment to cancel. I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged the 125 for canceling. Well I did call the day of to make sure to go. Well they mentioned I would be charged the 125 because the reply back wasn’t a confirmation directly to them it was through a system. My advise is please make sure you get clarification. Because I would never recommend this place. Now my spending account is all gone for the rest of the year due to all these crazy charges."
