"Dr. Ferris saw me early this morning. X-rays we’re done on-site. I had answers to my questions then and there. Office staff helped expedite my checkout so I could rush to my next appointment. It’s now Jan. 2024. A lot has changed at this office, Ferris was replaced by Fojt. I was satisfied with his work. Sadly, He has just left the practice as of January 2, 2024. The office has portals and physicians refer to laptops—not the stack of paper that used to be your file. I have a new physician and will try to be patient as I adjust to all the changes in office procedures and in staff."

"Dr.Fojt was great but it’s really hard to get a hold on them they say their phones are actives from 8:30 am and lunch from11:30 to 1:00PM have called before lunch time and after Lunch time multiple timess!!!and it says they are not available!!! It’s a very important call and it’s been hard to get in touch with them. The only reason I’m giving 3 starts is because of the Doctor."

"Since Dr Ferris and his nurse Kelly left the customer service level has fallen along with qualified nurses. Shame a once excellent medical officer reduced to acting like a McDonalds. Just a note Dr Ferris replacement is a OD to me not a real doctor. Sad leaving after 30 years with doctor Ferris. Bye bye"

"My husband and are patients of Dr. John Ferris. He is a brilliant Physician and an amazing person. Kelly, his nurse, is absolutely fantastic. Dr. Ferris’s entire staff, including Amy and Stacy, are so helpful and kind. Dr. Ferris and Kelly are an amazing team that work very closely together to insure the best care.They have always helped us with any medical issues or needs. They’re brilliant, professional, friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend Grapevine Internal Medicine. It’s a wonderful group of Physicians and staff."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Page for most of my life. He is a compassionate doctor who takes the time to have a conversation about life things before getting down to the business of the office visit. It’s an experience I don’t have with other providers who tend to walk into a room with their heads down in a chart, speaking to a clipboard without making any eye contact. The back office staff and nurses have always been nice and welcoming. I do wish the front office staff, both at the check-in and on the phone, had a better approach to greeting people, but I have never had any negative experiences with them. Still, a smile and a good morning or afternoon with eye contact or an upbeat phone voice could make a difference in a person’s day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this office to others, and have definitely recommended Dr. Page in the past."
