"Won't return calls. Won't notify patients that required prescription refills we're denied to pharmacy. Pharmacy says Dr didn't notify them either. Rude receptionist on the phone when I have to call them to do their job. Total lack of communication, customer service, and tactfullness if communicating with patients. Told me I wasn't even a patient of theirs, which I have been a patient for 10 years. Won't be back!!! I did like Dr. McCray and his service."

"The nurses were nice enough. However, I had the lab work sent over to them and a week and a half later no word. I called and asked them, they said they never received it which I know isn't true. So, I emailed the lab work on the spot. Days later again nothing. I called and they said they would review. I would not recommend them. A doctor's office should make an effort not only to review their labs but to call the patient not the patient call them over and over in order to find out results."
