"Dr. Cook is out of his mind. He kept saying very inappropriate things during my visit. Like he was trying to be funny, but it wasn't. He made some sort of joke about decreasing the use of cocaine to help with my allergies, and also said that my husband should get a vasectomy instead of me tying my tubes because it would protect his girlfriend as well. Just really weird stuff. Then, his pants are always too darn tight and all his stuff is just on complete display, and its gross. I will not return, and you shouldn't either."
"I would give yall a 5 because the dr and nurse were great . But every chair in the waiting room was filled with dog hair. I know people take their dogs everywhere with them these days but nobody wants to sit in dog hair at a drs office . My appt was at 10 am today so hopefully when I come back next month I do not have the same issue"
"We have been going here for 9 years and it has just gone downhill. We have finally found a new Dr. today after such an unpleasant phone call. We switched insurance and we were trying to give over our information. We kept getting asked what website we used. We let the lady know it was through a private agency and she kept saying it didn't matter what our provider was she needed to know the website. When we were talking she tried to cut us off but we kept with are question and she rudely said "like I was trying to say" We called our agent and she was confused by the question also and told us to give them the customer number. We called back and she said she cant call customer service and that she needed to know if it was a market plan. This was never asked at the beginning and then she ran our numbers. She put us on hold for over 10 minutes and then someone else came back saying the number was invalid. She imputed it wrong and just walked away. Dr. King was amazing, but her office staff has always been so rude and unwelcoming. With the amount of local Dr's in the area we shouldn't have to deal with this."
"Don't go here been going for over 3 years. Had a couple of missed apps. 1 due to covid they told me not to come in and just missed one due to a death and the family. Didn't even tell me just dropped as a patient without any warning. Dr. King was awesome but Dr. Cook should just stop being. Doctor he's a joke."
"I have been coming here for years and it has always been a great experience from check in to check out. That was until today May 25th. I came in for my appointment to check in and there were 2 ladies at the check in desk, one directly in the front and one further back. The first lady to help was super sweet. But as the one from the back interrupted the check in process she was very rude. She started asking me personal questions that I could not answer from the top of my head. And proceeded to get a little louder asking questions ( that were private, all of this happened at the check in desk) I understand that at that moment there was no one else in the waiting area but still, it was very unprofessional for her to ask me like that and expect me to just answer. And then she seemed to get upset because I could not answer her questions right away. I understand it can be frustrating when you need questions answered and the patient cannot answer right away but there is a way to handle that and being rude and getting loud is not one of them. She seemed more worried about filling out paperwork wrong than to actually take a moment and explain to me exactly what she needed. I am very disappointed in the service that was provided at the check in time. The actual appointment with Dr. Carol and the check out process were as usual very pleasant and easy."
