"Should probably be 1 Star, but I think they do a good job with testing and the staff was helpful and reliable. However we were told that we would get the test results back in 4 to 6 weeks. Roughly 4 months later after numerous calls, we got the test results. Once I called I was told that the staff would email the psychologist as she was really bad at checking her voice mails (even those left by staff). I wanted to know why the staff didnt email her in the first place. An excuse of parental health problems was given, which I might have believed had I not read the other reviews. No one should have to endure this lack of professionalism. Avoid if you value your time and hold health professional even to a very loose standard."

"I'm surprised to see multiple negative reviews. I've gone here since high school and I'm 27yrs old now. I saw Melissa for counseling as a teenager and she was phenomenal and I still appreciate the things I learned from her to this day, I know a couple she also greatly helped with marital couseling. Myself and the couple both refer people here all the time. I now see Kat Griffith and am extremely happy with her advocacy for me even when pushing approval from my insurance company. She also sends me with toys for my kids every time I leave. I have never had a negative experience at this facility."

"Wish no stars was an option. They booked me an appointment 3 months out. Didn't get a message, email, or call for a reminder and was then told they were dropping me as a patient because I missed my appointment. They even told me if I missed no big deal just to email them to get an appointment on the books so they could refill my script. Wow. Just wow."

"Had a evaluation done and have been paying on a regular basis. They won't give us the report so our daughter can start school until it's paid. This place is a god damn joke. Avoid using them as any sort of help."

"I give this place two stars because it was at least clean and functional. However, there's a huge scam going on with this place where they charge patients 4,000 dollars for their special "top of the line" DNA swatch to see what medications are best compatible with you. There is no such thing as that. They'll give you a cotton swab to take your saliva and tell you that they're going to see what medications work best with your blood type/DNA, etc. The catch 22 is what they charge you and your insurance for a nonexistant test. Even when you receive your results back, the nurse does not care to cross the line over to medications that supposedly are less compatible with your brain chemistry. Do research before you sign any papers here. I felt called to warn other people that big pharma really is out to get your coins, not always in your best interest. When nurse practioners/docs recommend you more drugs, they get paid an additional bonus. No matter how kind they interact with you, it is their job to connect with a patient. If you are depressed or suffer from anxiety, please make sure you are getting enough sun, exercise, a balanced diet with little to no dairy, consider if your depression is environmental. Are you getting enough interaction? Are you around toxic people? Are you using your phone too much? Watching too much tv? These are things no one here asked me before pumping me with drugs."
