"A long series of incompetence from Dr. Matthews’ office. They don’t send in my Rx to the pharmacy, and then they won’t send it in until I book a follow-up appt for the Rx I never got. Then I try to book an appt and they tell me they can’t book the appt because they don’t know what the appt is for. Then they bill me for the appt they wouldn’t book and I didn’t go to.
