"Good to see a part of history that is still here."
"It stands out in the Debuque skyline but, it's kind of in a work zone. There is a little sign to explain what it was but no access to the site. After about five minutes you are ready to go."

"This is a historic artifact from a much earlier time in Dubuque. It's basically just something to walk around and understand. There's a nice overlook of the river and railroad bridge on this side of the railroad tracks. From the North end of the Mississippi Riverwalk you need to walk down the stairs and under the bridge."
