"Please do not go to this doctor if you are expecting. I had one appointment with Dr. Suarez, he has no bedside manners and he is condescending. We went over blood sugar levels for the week- He asked me if I was starving myself and blamed my diet for my baby not meeting growth expectations. When I asked what else I could add to my diet he asked me if I knew how to make mayonnaise and if not, to go look it up on YouTube. He said my pregnancy was not normal but didn't provide any answers as to why or what I could do. My next appointment was with my regular doctor and he reassured me that the pregnancy was going well and my baby was doing well also. I had my baby and everything was normal, his weight was good, he is healthy and growing fast. All he did was add unnecessary worries and blame. I called to file a complaint but I am not sure if anything was done. Please save yourself the heartache and find another doctor that will care and listen to your concerns."

"Me and the wife on your second child and went to have an ultra sound at the Bolingbrook facility. Had the same thing done 2 years ago by a different doctor and had no problem. This time we had a considerably larger bill and called the insurance to see what was going on. Insurance told us they only cover one bill and the Dr. billed it twice and insurance only covers one, which lead to us paying 100s of dollars more out of pocket because of Dr. Suarez. Not happy, would recommend to ask for another Dr. otherwise you will probably be paying more out of pocket due to the way he bills. I received the same statement from advent health that not every doctor bills like that."

"Dr. Suarez is supposed to be a specialist helping consult my high-risk twin pregnancy. He had not read my chart before trying to give medical advice. He also said “I don’t know why you are even here today” when another specialist from his group said I needed to come back in a week due to a complication with my pregnancy. I told him I called and made sure they had my records well before the appointment. He said he didn’t have them and they must be in the “cloud” and he didn’t have them (he repeated himself many times). So I played a voicemail from his office where they clearly stated they received the records and placed them at the front of my chart for the upcoming appointment and then said he didn’t have all of them but corrected himself when he actually looked at the chart in front of me, realizing they were all there the entire time. He asked me what type of insurance I have and then treated me poorly afterwards. I felt discriminated against, and his tone was very defensive and rude. I’ve never had a “professional” treat me so badly and stress me out, his job is to keep calm with his high-risk patients. When I mentioned my bad experience to someone else, I was told he’s just like that and I’m not the first to complain. Nobody should be treated poorly, especially when the anxiety he causes could be detrimental to someone with a high-risk pregnancy. It was not a calm environment the moment he barged into the room without knocking with my backend exposed and proceeded to jump to conclusions and talk at everyone in the room immediately after introducing himself to us for the first time. My partner said “I will not ever let you go back there again” and I agree."
