"My encounter with Dr. Kim was unpleasant. From the moment she entered the room, she seemed hurried and agitated. Her tone and body language were inappropriate, conveying condescension and belittlement that were unwarranted. As a medical professional, it's vital to maintain professionalism, but Dr. Kim lacked it entirely. The nurse who was working with her also seemed stressed out from working with such a difficult provider. After giving Dr. Kim the benefit of the doubt, I read other reviews about her that aligned with my experience. This further affirmed that Dr. Kim is not doing a good job. I regret not walking away immediately and avoiding the uncomfortable situation. I do not feel comfortable having Dr. Kim as my primary care physician during delivery. It would be detrimental to my mental health, and I do not believe I would have a great outcome. These reviews need to be taken seriously and included in annual reviews. I recommend that Dr. Kim take a step back and reevaluate whether this is the right profession for her if she does not enjoy working with people."
