"Edit on 2/11/2021: The customer service I received today, while picking up my order was fantastic. The employee, at the online orders corner, was very helpful and informative. They suggested to use curbside as a potential option, for future orders. I will definitely look into using this service. Original 1 star post: I placed an online order and never received confirmation from South Texas College bookstore. I got a confirmation from paypal, of all things, that the transaction was successful. I tried calling, during store hours, 19 times and was sent everytime to voicemail. I will be going in person from now on, during a pandemic. Crazy bad online/over the phone service."
