"Part of this was my fault I guess, Medicaid was not accepted there, so I had to pay a $20 copay, not expected. Then, I finally saw the Dr. and he informed me that I owe another $25 for him to cut my nails. Money is very tight and I couldn't afford to go to a pedicure place like I normally did. The doctor gave me "his rates and how he has the pedicure chair in back for $45 he could pamper my feet! He eventually cut my toenails, saying this time he wouldn't charge me! He seemed very upset and it showed as he cut my nails, and quickly left! He did give me a prescription for fungus."
