"We have used procare for many years now both for our family and for our businesses. They are very professional, very honest and we have never had any problems! Yesterday we all went for our flu shots and my sons 4 year old vaccines. The office is clean and the staff up front was very patient. She did very well with administering the vaccines to my children in keeping them calm. Highly recommend Procare for all your vaccine needs!! You will never be disappointed."

"These people are incompetent! They ask if you have insurance and if you do they wanted to charge me $65 for one vaccine and $125 for another? You have to fill out extensive paperwork and make you sign a disclaimer form to “cover themselves” as Mike Ochoa, administrator, stated. It’s $5 at county clinic or best yet mcallen isd also charging $5. Procare Healthcare clinic system to bill private insurance isn’t even up and running unless they are saying that to charge you private pay. Don’t be fooled!! Seems like they are scamming people!! Go to healthy shots in mcallen, no hassle and in and out you go without having to fill out paperwork. Mission school districts should be aware of this so they can stop referring and stop scamming people."
