"Please complain with the insurance about this office that it’s the worst !!! 8 months waiting for an appointment when I finally had one !! They sent me a message not Even a call to inform it was cancelled! When I called back it was a nightmare again ! They didn’t even apologize and don’t give any appointment sooner !! The lady just hang up ! Go to other medical providers cause northwestern sucks ! I will stop paying any bill with them due they don’t care give a decent customer service"
"RUN! They provided prenatal care and delivered my baby. It is my opinion that I WOULDNT HAVE HAD A C SECTION if I went with a different provider. I found out at a lactation consultant at the hospital a month after my birth THE DOCTOR THAT DELIVERED MY BABY NO LONGER DELIVERS baby’s but is still employed at that same office. Asking around the consensus between other moms who went there and employees this doctor had a ton of complaints!! They never even looked at my prenatals and when I asked if choline was important to have they said don’t worry about it and “less supplements is better” CHOLINE IS SO IMPORTANT! Please you and your baby deserve better!"
"Im 36 weeks preg, and so far no complaints. At first it was real hard to set up an appt with them, took over a month. But once i was in the system since the beginning got to schdule almost all my appts. My pregnancy was high risk and they took very good care of me so far sending me to plenty of ultrasounds, the one time i felt i had a UTI they gave me an appt the same day. All the staff are friendly and usually the most i waited to be seen in the office is like 8-10min wait. Marla and Aprilee are the ones ive seen almost every single time and they listen and answer all my questions. Sadly they dont work in the delivery area so no idea who will deliver my baby only neg point."
"I recently experienced my first pregnancy and birth with Dr. Larry’s group at Delnor, and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff - from receptionists to doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, and lactation consultants. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and kind. At my appointments throughout pregnancy, I typically never had to wait long. The doctors listened to and addressed my questions with patience. I was particularly anxious about L&D. Despite some complications that resulted in a C-section, we felt very well cared for. Dr. Wirth and the nurse staff (especially Shannon, Tracy, Mary Jo, Mia, Madilynn, and others whose names I sadly forget) were great to work with. The lactation consultants were extremely helpful with nursing. Overall I highly recommend!"
"I had several good visits with this place but I am now experiencing a miscarriage and the way that they have handled it has turned me away forever. They called and said my bloodwork "didn't look as they would expect" and that they wanted me to come in for another test in a week - I knew based on the numbers that the pregnancy was not viable but had to ask outright if that was the case, which they finally admitted that day. I am frustrated that they just dragged out my grieving process (and would have for longer had I not asked). Then, I saw Dr. Roche today to discuss the miscarriage and her bedside manner was absolutely AWFUL. She showed zero compassion while I sat bawling in her office. She was awkward at best. She also didn't mention any medical advice for my situation, like not to use tampons or have intercourse for several weeks (which I know from research). Over all just an absolutely awful experience and I will definitely find a new office for my next pregnancy."
