"Looks like my lengthy review was removed. This place is God AWFUL. RUN IF YOU STILL CAN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BILLED ME AFTER TELLING ME THE APPOINTMENT WAS COVERED. THIRSTY FOR BUSINESS TO THE POINT THEY SKIP STEPS. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT TO HIT COLLECTIONS... "This company bought their competitor Vein Clinics of America. Found out the hard way. Was NOT told when scheduling (Geneva, IL). Dr. Sheikh is no longer there, they dont have my records and every aspect is paperless. Emails come with big red triangles and exclamation points! Good luck trying to get a paper bill, billing call center is in Pakistan, dont believe me, give a call! Never going back!!!"
"Check-in was slow, disorganized, and the staff couldn't seem to get the insurance information correct. Not just for me, but two other patients that came while I was waiting. Doctor was good, but the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired."
"I have been a patient of Dr. Sheikh and he has helped correct the veins in both legs. My legs are feeling and looking better! The staff is also top notch! They can handle scheduling (or rescheduling), insurance or billing questions with ease!"
"This office is the best. Front desk girls are so nice and welcoming. They help things run smoothly with my appointments , insurance and any questions I have. Megan from the medical staff is amazing! Always making me feel comfortable and answers any questions i have. During my procedure she helped me feel calm and got me through it. She has a great personality! The Dr. is very laid back ,funny guy and really does a good job at explaining your treatment and the procedures. Overall highly recommend!"
