"First let me start my saying Jeff Keicher and his team are amazing and awesome. I give there team a 5 star. The one star rating is for State Farm claims they are rotten, rude and horrible to deal with. My vehicle was smashed by a drunk driver who also has State Farm insurance. I was told by multiple claims adjusters that I could get diminished value for my car. All I had to do was send in the Carfax report before the accident and then once the repairs were done while my repairs were being done I found out that State Farm claims department wanted to do it as cheap as possible and they wanted to give me a scratched bent dented front grill luckily the collision repair man that I had do my vehicle refused that part and had to order me A new one Thank God he was on my side. He had a fight with State Farm claims and said he wasn’t putting that on my car once my vehicle was fixed, I called State Farm again and spoke to my sixth claim adjuster, and they told me to go ahead and send in the Carfax report and I would get compensated for loss of value on my car. I was told this by many adjusters, and I repeated it to them to make sure I understood it and that’s what they told me get the Carfax report send it in and they would cut me a check well that’s not what happened. They lie every single one of them is a liar I would rather deal with a three-year-old because at least I’d be told the truth. I got a letter I called them and I spoke to a hothead horrible person and that’s putting it nicely that told me, my car was fixed, they were not paying me for diminished value yet damage on my vehicle was about $1700. I know that’s not a lot but I take pride in my vehicle so I would not recommend filing a claim with State Farm ever because you will be treated like you’re a criminal because they defended the drunk driver that hit my car instead of somebody who’s never been a car accident and I’ve been with State Farm for 10+ years makes me want to never file a claim with State Farm again Like I said, I’ve never been treated so horribly in my life"
