"Walked in nlamar office office today and heard the manager cussing some womant that use to be employed there and was asking for her w2 because liberty tax didn't report her wages and she crumbled her paperwork up and threw it in trash I decided to leave and file some where else poor girl was treated very badly in front of customers and this was the office manger no thank you Olivia Bonilla I will make sure to tell all my friend never to file with liberty tax they don't report wages from employees"

"I file my own Taxes every year. This yr I needed a loan so I went to them. They advertised a loan up to certain amount but you will mot know what amount they actually give you until you file. They sent me 3 days later $500 they charged $600 for filing amd my return was way less than what I usually get but I needed the loan. The worthless loan w the amount they decided not what I needed. The loans aren't guaranteed and u wont know until you have filed and paid their fee. it’s a scam. Turbo tax every year its free and gets you the most. I don’t recommend this place. Ever!!!"
