"This H&R Block was the worst tax return experience I have ever had! I took two weeks for preparer Diana to initially reach out to me even after several calls and messages. She then transferred me to Gladys who was helpful. However, the manager Patty took my original tax documents and allowed it to be shredded or so they "assume" happened to my documents. The incompetence & unprofessionalism was astonishing. I felt ignored and uncomfortable with my personal information. Avoid H&R Block!"
