"Horrible experience. We had set up a 1-hour appointment for 2 PM. They didn't arrive by 2:25 PM, so we asked at the reception if they want to reschedule, we were they are coming out right away. We waited another 10 minutes. Got no response, so we left. They didn't have to schedule the appointment if they are so busy. Least they could do is cancel it. Extremely unprofessional, to say the least."
