"Honestly, horrible experience. The consultant I was with (Charles Field) was over 15 minutes late to my appointment and the told me confidential information about the client before me. When we finally started talking about the problem I had, he was VERY condescending and not helpful. He made me feel very stupid and told me "he's too busy to deal with me and if I want his help then I can pay for it." I was in his chair less than five minutes and got no help and was sent away even more confused than I came in. I 100% do not reccomend his services, he seemed to care more about the fact that he was of in 45-minutes than actually helping a potential customer."
