"Love using h&r block each year. It's so easy to upload your w-2 on the app and then have someone do your taxes and all you have to do is go in and that person walks you thru from the beginning to the end explaining everything and what's its used for what your getting back and whatnot. If you have used them the previous year they can show you the difference from last year and so on. I took my kids with me and it was so easy and fast. Ive been using h&r block for years now.. Love h&r block"

"This is by far one of the worst experiences that I've ever had. I walked in and no one greeted me. Then a white, bald man appeared from behind a cubicle and just looked at me and finally said..."Are you looking for your husband?" That's it. They aren't pleasant here. I overheard other employees (including the bald white man) talking about another customer who told them that they are running late because of their housekeeper. That is extremely unprofessional. Also, the CPA that handled our taxes, Doris Howard, who is supposed to be the Senior Tax Accountant, was downright terrible. My husband arrived earlier than I did due to my work schedule. When I arrived and sat down, I said "Hello." She said nothing. She didn't even acknowledge my presence. While she was filing our taxes she kept taking personal phone calls on her cell phone (and her ringtone was extremely loud--she never silenced it). While she was on the phone she said, "Hey, I'm with a client, I don't know how long I'll be." Seriously? This is how a senior CPA acts? I'll be reporting this place to corporate."

"Doris is responsive, attentive, and exceptionally helpful and professional. She's been taking caring of me for several years now and I pray she stays around as long as I do."

"I went in for my appointment which I made over the phone and then confirmed. When I got in I gave the front desk my name. She then proceeds to take a phone call which takes 10 minutes while I wait around for the phone call to finish. After the phone call she tells me they’ve double booked their appointment and can’t see me. I think the most disappointing part of this was having to patiently wait for 10 minutes to be told they could not see me when she could have put that person on hold for 30 seconds to let me know this. Very unprofessional and rude."
