"I would have put zero stars if i could! I've been using this location for years and yesterday was the first time that i had problems here. I made an appointment on-line two days in advance, confirmed the morning of said appointment. I get there 5 minutes early. the receptionist tells me that she canceled my app. because I didn't call back the day before! Three tax "experts" in the back and no other customers in front. Couldn't/wouldn't squeeze me in. basically telling me that I'm $#!+ outta luck. I won't be back to this location!"

"Went into H&R block to have taxes prepared as tax preparer was about to send them through rapid refund advance a note stated we still owed H&R block back from 2019. We told them how could that be since we filed in 2020 and 2021 and there were no preparation fees owed then. We also contacted the office where we filed the year of 2019 and got a receipt from them showing we had paid H&R block in full to prepare our taxes. No one new how to get this off our records in order for us to file for a Rapid refund. It would help if H&R block had knowledgeable staff that could resolve issues like this."

"This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had , most incompetent and rude employees and the manager is just as bad . I had a very simple return it was for 2020 and I had not filed it my husband had passed away in August 2020 so I new that I could not e-file so to make sure it was properly filed I went to H& R Block because I had talked to them and they reassured me that they were still able to E/File with their system for a few more weeks so that is the only reason I chose to take it to them . I normally E-File my taxes myself but I wanted to make sure it was correct since my husband had passed away . I took copies of all paperwork etc . I was there maybe 10 minutes I paid cash and I was promised it was correct . I never signed anything and I even ask the lady when I was paying if she was sure I did not need ti sign the return and I was told “ No your good you don’t have anything to sign “ I ask several times and was repeatedly to that they had it on file and I told her I had never been in the office but she still said that I was good .Anyway the following week I called Monday and after 2 or 3 calls was finally told it was rejected , but no one could tell me why so they said it was refiled so Monday , Tuesday ,Wednesday and Thursday they told me everyday that they filed it again 5 times think about that . The manager told me I just needed to come pick it up and Mail it so I went to office on Sat to pick it up and the receptionist verified that they did not have any signatures on file for me or my deceased husband . Anyway the lady that prepared it’s name was on it as the preparer and I ask if she needed to sign it I was told know and the manager then signed her name so it a typed name and a different signature on it!!!!! Anyway this was on November the 5th,2022 ! I still have not received my tax refund !!!!! Now I was issued a check from H & R Block for the fees I was charged and the check is issued to my deceased husband my name is not on the check so I called and was told to take a copy of his death certificate to the bank evidently we should have a joint account and I would be able to cash it (WHAT ) it is 2023 and he has been gone for over 2 years I think they are all crazy ! AnywY I could go on but I will spare anymore details !! I hope nobody else has to experience what I have !"
