"These people neglected to file my 2019 return I just found out. I had them prepare several years taxes. In 2021 I authorized for ACH withdrawal of my taxes everything went according to plan. Now I received a letter for 2022 taxes not paid with penalties and late charges after I authorized payment for 2022 the same as the previous year. My accountant left and I am left working with Alberto Coronado who said I could qualify for a one time abatement of penalties and that was denied by the IRS. I have lost all trust in this firm. Also, I saw on IRS website I owed another $500 for 2021 I knew nothing about. Probably more penalties for their mistakes. I think I could have done my own taxes better and with less of a headache than dealing with these people. Very nice but incompetent. The IRS doesn't care if you're nice! Take your taxes elsewhere if you want them done right."
